Muscle training

If you need to strengthen your muscles or increase your fat burning, try our weight training room on the ground floor. The room is located at the end of the swimming pool behind the practice pool.

Here you’ll find different types of training equipment where it’s possible to train all the muscles of the body. These include weight benches, dumbbells, barbells, cable crosses and squat racks.

For optimal utilization of our facilities, various information boards have been set up for both information and inspiration.

For hygienic reasons, it is not permitted to use the gym with bare upper body.

Finish your workout with a relaxing swim to soften muscles and joints or try one of our saunas.
