In addition to the many physical problems massage can alleviate, it also has a positive impact on the mind. Every treatment is given with care, respect and consideration for the individual person.

Frederikshavn Svømmehal has hired Signe Harde, who brings new qualifications to the swimming pool

Signe herself says:

“I graduated as a physiotherapist and sports therapist in 2017. I have especially used my education in my last job, where I worked as an assistant at a chiropractic clinic. Here I treated patients with many different types of pain and stiffness in both muscles and joints.

In Frederikshavn swimming pool, I will offer you a professional treatment that is customized to the individual client. You will be able to choose from the following treatments:

  • Wellness massage
  • Physiurgical massage
  • Sports massage
  • Hot Stone (possibly combined with one of the above)

In addition to Signe, we have also trained Johannes as a masseur

In addition to Signe, we have also trained one of our regular lifeguards Johannes Jacobsen as a masseur in January 2022 Johannes has worked as a masseur and increased his skills over the years.

Practical information related to massage and other wellness

Duration of treatment

We offer treatments of 30 or 60 minutes (incl. dressing and undressing).
The price is DKK 280 and DKK 450 respectively.

You bring your own sheet and towel – if you want to rent these, the price is DKK 25. You can of course use our bathing facilities in the changing room in connection with one of our wellness treatments. The massage ticket does not give access to the other facilities in the hall.

Cancellation

Cancellation no later than 1 day before the treatment via our online booking system or by phone (+45) 21 16 57 29 (SMS is also read).
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount will be charged.

Appointment booking

Appointments can be booked via our online booking here.

Payment options

If you have booked an appointment via our online booking, payment is automatically deducted when your treatment is completed. If you booked your appointment through one of our masseurs, you must pay before you show up for the treatment. This is done either via mobile pay in the massage room or by buying a massage ticket in the ticket machine or in the café.
