Experience saunagus at Frederikshavn Svømmehal in North Jutland
A sauna shower is a wellness experience for both body and soul. When all participants are seated in the sauna, the soothing music is turned on and the shower starts. Here, the gus master of the day pours water, mixed with 100% essential oils, onto the stove. The heat is distributed in the room with a towel or fan. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday there is a Relax evening with serie gus. The emphasis here is on calm and well-being – the serie gus times are marked with * in the table above.
Wellness evening from September 1 to May 31
Our popular Wellness evenings take place once a month, always on a Friday from 18:00. The focus is on calm, well-being and cozy togetherness. The hall is transformed into a quiet and cozy zone where enjoyment is paramount. A sauna shower lasts approximately 10 minutes.
If you want to participate in these exciting activities, all you need to do is buy a gus ticket for DKK 12. The ticket is handed in to the gus master before the start of the gus.
