Skåneaerobics
After many requests, we now offer water aerobics at a slower pace
If you suffer from arthritis, diabetes or have weak muscles and joints and need rehabilitation, this class is for you. Our skilled instructor, Marianne Schmidt, will guide you and instruct you in gentle exercises to relaxing music.
Skåne aerobics takes place
Mondays 10:00 – 10:45
Thursdays 11:15 – 12:00
Registration is not necessary, just show up during the time slot above.
Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis, so show up in good time.

After training
After participating in Skåne Aerobics, we recommend that you use the “after water activity” program in our water massage table at the north end of the swimming pool. The program is designed to reduce lactic acid in the body and prevent stiff and sore muscles.
NOTE: During school vacations there is no water aerobics.
