Come and try our Finnish-inspired wilderness sauna. The sauna is made of the highest quality alder wood. The rustic planks and the beautiful Finnish sauna stove, together with the music and beautiful lighting, create the perfect setting for a cozy visit with wellness and relaxation at the center.

If you get too hot, you can cool off in the blue cold water tub or rinse off in our wellness shower.

It is important that the facilities are used as intended so that everyone has a good experience. Therefore, we have prepared the following set of rules when you use the room:

1. You are entering a wellness area, so always show consideration. Be quiet in the sauna and speak softly if necessary.
2. Always bring a LARGE TOWEL to sit on.
   You should have both your body and feet on the towel to avoid sweating on the benches. The sauna is used while wearing swimwear.
3. It is not allowed to place towels in the sauna unattended, in which case the staff reserves the right to remove them.
4. It is not allowed to pour water or oils on the sauna heater.
5. After your sauna visit, you MUST always rinse again before jumping back into the pool.
   You can use the facilities in the room or the showers in the changing room.

The age limit for using the room is 16 years. However, to accommodate families, we have allowed children to enter with adults on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and school vacations.

At selected times we offer sauna showers. Here, the master of the day pours water, mixed with 100% essential oils, on the stove. The heat is distributed in the room by waving a towel. The effect is increased well-being, cleansing and an improved immune system.

A sauna shower lasts 10 minutes. It costs DKK 12 to participate and the ticket is purchased in addition to the regular entrance ticket.
