The luxurious steam room is designed as a semicircle with a domed ceiling and in the center of the room we have set up 150 light diodes in the mosaic to illustrate the lava flow from the volcano. <\/p>\n<p>The steam room, which can accommodate around 20 people, has a temperature of around 45 degrees and the steam is infused with various aromatic scents based on 100% essential oils.<\/p>\n<p>In the anteroom we have two semi-circular wellness showers. The blue shower offers a cold shower, while the red shower has temperate water. Here you&#8217;ll also find a hot stone for relaxation and massage and a resting bench. Quench your thirst at our beautiful drinking fountain between visits to the steam room and wellness showers.   <\/p>\n<p>Soothing music is also played in both the anteroom and steam room to further enhance the experience.<\/p>\n<p>The age limit for using the room is 16 years. However, in order to accommodate families, we have allowed children to enter with adults on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and school vacations. <\/p>\n<p>It is important that the facilities are used as intended so that everyone has a good experience. The cabin slowly heats up to 42 degrees during the 30 minutes of use. This allows the body to slowly get used to the temperature. It is the infrared rays that provide the effect, the heat is just a pleasant supplement to the rays. We experience infrared rays from the sun on a daily basis. We can&#8217;t see them, but we can feel them as heat. This heat is the same heat that we experience in an infrared sauna. It also avoids the high humidity and very high temperature that characterize a regular sauna. The two are therefore not comparable at all. The infrared heat can penetrate 3-4 cm into the skin and heat bones, muscles, joints and tendons in a gentle and comfortable way, without harming the body and skin.         <\/p>\n<p><strong>There are many benefits to using an infrared sauna. The sauna is made of the highest quality alder wood. The rustic planks and the beautiful Finnish sauna stove, together with the music and beautiful lighting, create the perfect setting for a cozy visit with wellness and relaxation at the center.  <\/p>\n<p>If you get too hot, you can cool off in the blue cold water tub or rinse off in our wellness shower.<\/p>\n<p>It is important that the facilities are used as intended so that everyone has a good experience.
